Home Made - Japanese Oyakodon

It has been a while since my last update. Recently, I have been busy all the weekday. I spend less time on cooking, but more time on working. When I back to home, I don't even want to look at the Kitchen. Sometimes, I prefer having a comfy sleep rather than a dinner.

Let me ask a question. If you have only few minutes, what would you cook for dinner ? One of the Japanese Receipts - Oyakodon maybe a good choice.
